Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center is a major municipal development combining exhibitions, conferences, performances, events, hospitality, retail, offices and supporting services. The original profile identifies China Merchants Shekou and OCT as the development and operating consortium.

The original entry records construction of the first phase beginning in September 2016 and completion in July 2019. It describes an ambition for the completed complex to be among the world's largest exhibition venues.

BIOSUN develops customized air treatment and fresh-air solutions for enclosed and semi-enclosed spaces, including offices, commercial complexes, homes, exhibition centers, schools, banks, airports, hospitals, hotels, laboratories and waste rooms. Applications include microbial treatment, formaldehyde and particle reduction, odor control and cooking-fume treatment. Equipment and ventilation requirements are selected for the pollutants and conditions at each site.
